Not enough time to write a comment? Then why not just speak to a member of staff who will write a short comment for you on our new 'Verbal Comments' Log sheets. Responses will be made available on our Customer Focus notice boards.

Please remember - we will not always get things right but will try our best.

Why not have a look at our customer charter which is available throughout the centre. It will give you some idea of what we wish to achieve when delivering our service.


 

Customer Forum

It's an opportunity for customers to bring to the table their thoughts, suggestions and hopefully not too many complaints which will be discussed and feedback given to all users via the Customer Service notice boards.

What was discussed?

Nothing, I am afraid as no customers turned up. However, we will continue to hold the meetings and are looking to hold 'meet the manager' sessions as well.

Users also have the opportunity to give feedback via the 'Have your Say' cards, customer feedback books within the centre, web site, letters or by phone.
